Use of This Website

This website is for informational purposes and for requesting custom crochet commissions. You may browse, share, and reference content for personal, non-commercial use. Content from this site — including photos, descriptions, and original designs — may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission from Erika’s Crochet Laboratory.

Custom Orders

Submitting the form on the Custom Orders page is a request, not a confirmed order. After you submit, Erika will follow up by email or Instagram with a price estimate based on the details you provide.

A non-refundable deposit of half the estimate is due before work begins. It covers materials and secures your spot in the queue. The remaining balance, plus any shipping cost, is due once the piece is finished and before it ships or is handed off.

Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the piece and can run past 24 to 48 hours; orders shipping outside the local area typically take an additional 5 to 7 days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can shift with order volume.

Erika’s Crochet Laboratory does not make clothes or blankets. Requests outside what’s offered may be declined.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Free local pickup and local delivery (Millington, Bartlett, Cordova, Germantown, Collierville, and Southaven/Olive Branch, MS) are available for orders in the Memphis, TN area; a delivery fee applies to local delivery. Orders shipped elsewhere are the customer’s responsibility once handed to the carrier — Erika’s Crochet Laboratory is not liable for loss or damage in transit.

Handmade Items and Care

Every piece is handmade, so small variations in color, size, and shape from photos or reference images are normal and part of the charm. Pieces may include small parts, such as safety eyes or beads, and are not intended for children under 3 or anyone who might mouth or swallow small pieces. Handwashing and air-drying is recommended to keep a piece looking its best.

Reference Photos

A reference photo you upload with a custom order request is used only to inform that commission. It is not reproduced, published, or shared beyond what’s needed to complete your piece without your permission.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this website, including copy, design, graphics, photos, and original crochet patterns, belongs to Erika’s Crochet Laboratory unless otherwise noted. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership or license to you. A finished custom piece is yours to keep and use personally, but the underlying pattern and design remain Erika’s.

Accuracy of Information

Every effort is made to keep information on this site current and accurate. That said, no guarantees are made about the completeness or accuracy of any content here. Pricing, availability, and turnaround times are estimates and are subject to change without notice.

Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, Threads, and Linktree. Those links are provided for convenience only. Erika’s Crochet Laboratory has no control over external sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
